Good idea on the rubber grommets guys. I kinda just put it together tonight at work to see how it would work and didn't think it through to far. I'll see what I can find for rubber cushioning and add them. Also thinking about a third hole in screen to hold a prop leg between screen and GPS to support the GPS on the lower back side so it won't tilt down when going over rough stuff. PS , looking back at the last picture I see I did add a thick squishy rubber washer that is a cutoff from a handle bar grip. You can see the "O" between the 2 mounting screws on the wind screen. I agree grommets would better protect the wind screen around the mounting screw holes also.
