The AKT TT250 is very similar to the very popular, Hawk motorcycles sold in the United States. I'm confident the bike will serve you well, especially if you ride the bike locally for several hundred miles before you depart. AKT has a reputation for good customer service. I'm sure they will help you resolve any problems occurring during the bike's break-in mileage.

AKT TT250/Hawk Suitable for South American Tour? in our Dual Sport Forum. The riders there are very familiar with the Hawk/TT250, and will give you excellent advice.
