Yes I know it's all the way at the top which means the needle is set now as far as it can be seated in the jet. Making the needle as long as possible. It's as lean as it can go. I've also had the air fuel screw in as far as it will go and then it just stalls out of course. I've done the standard one and a half turns out and have tried adjusting it in or out and it still starts loading up on idle which you can clear out by reving the throttle. Then when it's back at idle it starts loading up until it chokes its self out. It has to be the pilot jet aka slow jet. I just have to find one small enough
