I'd be surprised to see a 110cc motor haul two people around. The buggy weighs considerably more than a child's quad, and most of those are 110cc powered.
It could be fun with one person, and performance improvements are possible. I wondered what one of those would be like with the Gio 125cc pit bike engine as a shifter cart. 8)
