Well, I went out to hold the rack up to the bike and see how it mounted... One thing led to another and I had it slapped on
. Relocated the signal lights to their original position... Too bad the dealer had moved em, cause now I got two nice holes in my fender! That's ok though, pretty sure it shaved an ounce or two off weightwise... Probably pick up one or two km'h extra!
Just kidding, the rack looks really good and I'm sure it will come in handy. Now, just have the tires to swap out. I would have taken some pics, but it's dark out. Twas only a one beer mod, not too shabby!
Oh, the 12mm hex key socket I bought was a "JET"... Dunno if they are any good but it has a lifetime warranty. Don't imagine I will be swapping the tires that often so it should be fine
