I too am comfortable using the red loctite but blue was used most of the time on my bike. I was thinking that many of the fasteners would be removed on occasion.
Loctite is one of the first things mentioned to new owners and not everyone has a history working with it. I think everyone with a china bike needs to know the different types.
That vent hose is a new one on me.
