From what I've read (across forums), it seems that
MOST motorcycle speedometers are '
optimistic' by 2 - 5 mph, compared to phone/GPS readings.
I get a chuckle every time I see a YouTube video, riding downhill (with a tailwind?) in a tuck, claiming that
"Mine does x mph!". Maybe they were sliding downhill on horsepucky, too?
