OK, this makes it sound like the bike does actually have some cutoff switches, but you disconnected them. That might be the same as having the kickstand down or the front brake lever not pulled, or the kill switch in the Off position. Am I correct? If so, you probably need to make sure there is continuity in the wiring of all your cutoffs. I'm thinking that the motor wiring goes to the other electrical parts on the frame, and the way the whole harness is designed, with the cutoffs, you need to make sure they are all in continuity. I'm not really sure about all this, but it's something to consider.
