Can you remove the spark plug and turn the crank with the 14mm or 15mm bolt that holds on the rotor?

You can do this through the stator bolt access port with a socket on a high speed drill. I am just thinking of getting some higher rpm on the rotor/stator.

You may need someone to run the drill, but maybe not if you have alligator clamps on your multitester/voltmeter.
