A rear rim from tt250 would work right?

Are they of much better quality?

Or should I just buy the bearing and stuff from CSC and install them in the hawk rim?

I want to keep it inexpensive but a worthy upgrade.

I packed that spoke hole with old fashioned Jb Weld. I don't things are going to pop out there anytime soon! The spokes all seem tight, but I don't know. The bike doesn't feel any different on the highway, but I am going to stick to small roads without potholes until I can fix her.
