I am not familiar with the bracket you speak of, but I know this fender I ordered should clear my front tire ok. The distance from the mount points to the top of the tire is actually almost the same as the cg125 with its 19 inch front wheel. The Hawk forks are basically cg125 forks that they lengthened the bottom for the larger wheel.

That's what they are he has several different ones for sale, but no measurements. The on I got is pretty thick and stiff and will be easy to make work with the TBR7, I think. Other than not being very motivated, one reason that I haven't put it on is because if I wouldn't have been able to get the Hawk registered, I would have extended it to make it a hair deeper so it would go over the Hawk wheel and tire if I wanted to run them on the TBR7, which I won't need to be doing now that the Hawk is legal, but mostly lazy. LOL
