FYI-None of these bikes are ready after 20 minutes of assembly. And there is a significant amount of adjustments (carb/valves/chain/controls, etc) that will be needed. Be patient. Buy a couple of tubes of locktite and use it while you assemble (one red, one blue). But don't use the locktite until you are certain about where you are putting controls. Don't overtighten nuts and bolts. You will need feeler gauges (0.001 to 0.003") for adjusting the valves.
Don't overtighten the rear shock linkage. Use the locktite, and just snug it up (no more). Leave room for flex. Just be sensible.
All of these crate bikes require careful assembly. But worth every penny!
