Looking at photos on the web, this DR650 skid plate looks interesting. The DR650 frame seems to have a similar shape to the KPX250. This Acerbis skid plate is sturdy plastic, so easy to cut to fit and drill holes for mounting bolts etc.
I'm riding primarily on the street so I'm not in a hurry to get a skid plate. If no one else finds a better option I might give this a try
