Yah 21" tires on a dirt bike are great but their 1/2 the weight or less .... I don't think you would get much benefit from a 21" wheel on the front on a RX4 unless you stripped it down to the bare bike and took off 120lbs of crap they put on it....
yah I think the bike would have enough power to be a real hoot in the dirt but
you'd have to do something about the 450lbs !
