I doubt the claim. Calif. is fairly strict with its own CARB laws, and some of these importers try to claim CARB legal as being street legal. CARB legal, in most cases, means that the bike gets a Calif. off-road sticker; green or red. The green ones allow the rider to ride year round in designated off-road areas--the red stickers allow one to ride in designated off-road areas for certain months of the year :? :?: although no one can figure out the logic and reasoning to that one.

Just to throw in something more, California has the audacity to claim that it can enforce the sticker rule on private property! Throw in their firearms restrictions and other socialistic laws and Catastrophix and other Europeans will soon have a new member of the EU to welcome aboard!![/u]
