I just googled your coolster and found plenty of YouTube uploads about mods and how to find parts..When it comes to parts, the wait can be a bit longer than normal. The first thing I changed on my Vitacci Pentora 250cc Atv was the CDI. Look up my previous posts, I put a list of the upgrades along with part numbers.
