It's still a 2 valve aircooled motor of somewhat low displacement.
We had a loaner bike at the shop, a lightly crashed re-tupperwared TGB R-9, the owner's son had retired. It was a nice looking bike but was, despite it's flashy race graphics, a base model 2 valve aircooled 150cc scooter. And 60 mph was it's limit on level in still air.
KYMCO makes some recently new bikes but they also rely a lot on the old Agility and People platforms, and these bikes, even with fuel injection, are going to be sub 60 mph average, much like
the Genuine Buddy 170i cc scooter, which isn't going to make it much past 60 mph.
