I think it may be an 85. It has low end Suntour Hero components and meh wheels. Assembled in Taiwan.
Back story on the bike is that it belonged to her late uncle. She and her dad have been estranged since she was in her early teens and her uncle filled that void for the rest of his life. They were quite close and she didn't want the bike going to just anybody.
So, it looks like I'm not flipping this one but it is definitely getting better components and wheels.
