gotta say the vendor did me wrong. sent me the wrong bike and then want me to pay to ship it back and it arrived all jacked up.
assembled quickly,
have gas, have air, seem to have spark but hard to tell without a proper sized spark tester.
seems to have no resistence at all on the kick start.
tried all variations of key on/off, run switch on/off, choke on/off
gas is coming from the carb bowl drain so i know its getting gas.
also even with the clutch cable tightened, and fully in, there is resistence ot the bike rolling in 1st gear.
I attempted to pop start it after my leg wore out.
Removed foot pedal in case it was preventing a full stroke.
im stumped and the vendor isnt being very helpfull.
any tips?

Did you check valve lash? Maybe they are too tight not allowing the valves to close and create compression.
