Need a bit more than that, but I can tell you that 3 turns out on a 45 pilot is definitely not right. Have you checked the float height? Page 3 on this PDF, the PZ26 example of float height also applies to the PZ30's on our bikes.

Assuming float height is set correctly, the next thing I would check for is that you don't have a vacuum leak. That would play hell with all of the mixture settings.
Also, what mods, if any on the bike?
