I can't help it. I see shiny things and I just have to have them.
The adjusters are a better design IMHO, and hopefully the adjustment markings are a little more accurate.
As far as strength, maybe. I have a feeling the thickness is close to the same. The tubing being capped off with the adjuster sections creating a shorter tubing length and bracing the end of said tubing should add some rigidity to it.
