As for me, I look carefully at paper filter elements before tossing them. Quality oils, such as Mobil 1 and a few others sold as synthetic, allow very little wear, so paper filters last a long time. Generally, I end up changing oil 3-4 times before changing filters, because after 3-4 oil changes, I feel guilty even though still can't see any contamination in the paper. Filters are expensive.
I tried to make the filter not so expensive at $7.50 each to your door (must buy 2) But maybe I am still too expensive? looking online they sell each for around $10 - $12 so thought I had it right..........

lots of lookers but I only sold 1 pair so far and had hoped they would move a little more frequently
