-foot brake pedal

After just looking at it, its probably best not to mess with the swap....
sell the drum bike and buy a new one in my honest opinion.
Now that you put it like this that is a lot to change not worth it to go to a disc, the rear brake does fine. Thanks for taking the time to put together the list and what would need to be modded.
