Thanks Jerry and Dan, I did look up some more ratios but as you know I had to narrow it down and I though the scenarios I've seen come up and what I was after, this would be close for the average guy wanting to upgrade. Anyone wanting to dive deeper will probably have a good starting point and things to consider.

I really need to start stating that this is just a opinion I've reached and I am not claiming to know what I'm talking about at ALL. I'm aware there are more knowledgeable people with probably better answers than mine and I appreciate everyone watching and being kind enough to overlook a few mistakes!
