I'll say that I haven't used the bags a lot, but need to get into the habit. The last time I did grocery shopping on the bike, I took them with me (I kept forgetting to do so until then). I was at a store where you can scan your own items as you pick them. So I scanned things, put them in the bags, and walked out of the store to just drop the two bags in. I knew exactly how much would fit (plus the top case).
