The more popular Hawk and Magician are on the same EPA certificate (both are technically classified as 'off-road dirtbikes' by the EPA but have been successfully plated in 35 states), so find a thread about someone registering a Hawk in Illinois. I do recall a member with a Magician in the Chicago area, but I do not recall his name...
