It would leave the area behind the seat open for a rack and luggage and soft bags/panniers could still be used on the sides. |
I have a Camel tank on my CRF and can tell you it's a great piece of kit. Little out of my price range for a budget build. I may fab up something that will mount on the side. I remember seeing somewhere where a number plate tank was mounted on the side.
