Well I started it to see if the vacuum leak is still there . It is. So i put yamabond on the intake side of the manifold also. Tighted it back ip. Try again tomorrow. This puzzles me. I see no cracks going around the intake track, the oring is proud of the manifold surface, and the oring is the same size as the craked, stock manifold that was on it when i got it. I did notice one of the fins runs under the manifold, but it doesn’t look like its the problem.. i try again tomorrow.

If you over-tighten the nuts or bolts on either end of the intake pipe (some folks call this pipe a manifold, except it's not), you will have a vacuum leak..
