Yep. I use them in both of my bikes. Even if my balancing stand says that I managed to get the static balance perfect on a wheel I will still toss in 1oz.
The nice thing about them is that they are re-useable. Just don't forget to rescue them from the tube when you change the tire and tube out lol.
