As long as the oil is a JASO MA certified and designed for wet clutch it doesn't matter what brand. Stay away from the synthetics the 1st few oil changes until the engine is broke in. After that you can switch to a synthetic.
Depending on what carb comes on the bike you can re-jet the stock carb. The Sheng wey carb that comes on the hawk has a pilot jet that no one can find. If it comes with a keihin carburetor you will be able to find the Main and pilot jets.
