I had corresponded with a rep from Shineray a few months back. He told me that they OEM'd for a few companies; BMX (I have seen them on Ebay, that's about it) and Terminator (aka-Roketa), hence the resemblance to the DB 27. I don't think they manufacture all of Roketa's line, but a few of them, and this is probably one of them.
