I told them that I will return the hub. At this point in time, I wish I could send the Hawk back! I feel like I'm getting played! I filled a complaint with the Consumer Products Safety Commission ( www.CPSC.gov). I don't know if it will do any good.
I think next time I'm going with a CSC TT 250!

If they have shipped it, and you paid the $65, in my opinion the deal was agreed and completed. Any thing further is up to the kindness of your heart . you have no moral obligation to pay anything further.
