My 2015 RX3 bike does not have damping adjustment on the forks. However, I believe CSC introduced forks with damping adjustment on the 2016, and later models of the RX3.

To adjust the fork damping, merely turn both adjustment screws to either the fastest, or the slowest setting. Then turn each screw the same number of turns in the opposite direction, until you reach the desired level of damping.
