It looks as though the deal for the other Morphous isn't going to happen. At this point, I've decided look for a wrecked Majesty to do the engine(and driveline) swap. I'll accumulate my parts over the summer and start this in the fall. It is supposed to be a straight forward swap, and will give me the power I'm looking for and the added bonus of being able to run a larger rear tire. There doesn't seem to be any hop up parts available for the 400 engine either and little in the way of information on it, also. At least already having one, I know it is virtually bullet proof.
