So I wouldn't have believed it but the clutch on my TT250 works best with 15-40 diesel non synthetic oil. The stock oil worked OK but then after 200 miles I made the switch to synthetic 10-40 Kawasaki oil and the clutch became grabby, then I dumped that stuff out and switched to Suzuki 10-40 non synthetic with not much improvement. I reluctantly dumped the Suzuki oil ($12 quart) and put in cheapo 15-40 diesel oil and got a progressive clutch back! Just like everyone said. I paid $12 for a gallon of the stuff at the local auto parts store.
