Bar End Sliders

Well, since the TT250 project has ground to a halt,...and I received my new bar end weights/sliders in the mail, it was time.

I figured I'd do Juanro's trick of putting on some smaller hose to be able to fit the ever-cool, all aluminum, tapered 2015 handlebars and the little holes in the ends....but out of all the dang hose I have laying around, do you think I could have found the right size!? Noooooooooo..........

Of course....the 36 mile round trip drive to town for 2" of hose was out of the question. I ended up just carefully lathing them down on the side of my grinding wheel until they just fit. Turned out cool! BTW, a 1" hole saw on a drill makes quick (and round) work of the grip ends. Just the right size so the throttle doesn't try to grab the slider.
