On second thought who knows?
This page ('Features') is for the Magician http://www.therps.net/Magician.html
However, when you click on 'Specs' it seems to be cut and pasted from the Hawk specs. Going back to the features, it mentions "The Magician is a lightweight version of the popular Hawk 250. This unit may not have the Hawk's aggressive acceleration, but is better suited for casual riders, with superior gas mileage." I wonder if it has a more street oriented sprocket(s) as it appears to in the photo, although the only photos of the bike do not let you zoom in. The Hawk comes stock with very off-road oriented sprockets, hence the "aggressive acceleration"?

On the US EPA off-road certification site, the Hawk and Magician fall under the same certificate, meaning they are closer than they look, at least engine-wise.
