Yes . . you have to press the buttons to record, turn on/off, stop ect. It plugs into your pc just like a SJCam and the pc reads it as a mass storage device. Files/videos then are just dragged and dropped into your pc. I will tell you that with these Chinese clones I have found that a name brand micro SD card works best. I like the Samsung 32gb cards and have not had any issues.
