we built a new trade school a couple of years ago and last week they gave maintenance the old one . I took the old A/C shop and classroom (since thats what I do here) and found out the nice thing about having a big shop is my bike doesnt have to sit outside in the parking lot in the sun.  nice to have a roll up door!
