Having been on the early adopters list I got my bike still packed in the steel crate from China. A lot my more assmebley was reqired that way. Anyway the steel they are using to beef up the shipping creates is left over from the original steel shipping crates; I'm sure they have bunches of scrap just laying around. My shipping crate scrap is destined to be recycled into a welding cart

Also I've found placing a piece of tape over the microphone on action cams does a resonable job damping down wind noise!
