Here is the initial good/bad report.
The Good
Powdercoat. Hitch mount. Winch mount. LED lights. Suspension. Nylon locknuts. Ease of assembly.
The Bad
Plastic fit was off. Oil Drain is directly over a cross member. Slightly bent front rim. Exhaust pipe runs under frame and is exposed. Left headlight loom not long enough.
Found a drop of oil on garage floor this morning where the first quad had been parked. Will have to see what’s up there. So far I am more than happy with my purchase. Second quad is about 30% completed and I will report on that one also.
