its a fairly straight forward bolt up affair once you swap out the 17 and 15mm bore bearings for 15 and 12 mm bores to fit the axles...

the rear end, aka the wheel and cush drive i used:
one B15-86D-2RS
one LR202NPP
one 949100-3820/B382 AB

for the front i used a pair of:

LR201NPP

and all of those can be sourced from ebay for around $10 each if anyone else is interested! i can shoot links if anyones interested...
