I don't think that front wheel will fit your Zongshen ZS200GY-2.
I think you probably need a 21-inch wheel designed for the Roketa DB-06, part #DB-06-200-05-58.

You can lace the 18-inch rim to the rear hub. However, you will need to order custom spokes from Buchanan's Spoke & Rim.
