Okay; let's try the wiring experiment in post #76.

As shown in the photograph below, your wiring harness has a black wire, as well as a light green wire.



Connect the black wire of your wiring harness to the positive terminal of a power source, which can be a motorcycle battery, power from the ignition, or even a 9V dry cell. Since the light green wire in your harness has a spade connector, connect the light green wire to either of the spade connectors on the horn. Finally, connect the other spade connector of the horn to the negative terminal of the power source, or to a frame ground. After you make these wiring connections, press the horn button, and see if it the horn works.
