Ok the #73 does not work.
What do you mean the BLACK wire,
I understand the light green wire will go to the BLACK WIRE on battery Positive.

Then you say Connect the Black wire to the spade connector, is this the same wire that the light green wire is on or a different black wire?

Then the other spade of the horn to the Negative Terminal, Red Wire. But what about the Green Wire, that the harness came with. That green wire is not even in the SWITCH at all, its with the Light Green Wire.

This is the Horn I got.
