wow, I should have ordered from them. when I got my bike the first thing I did was go to KM web page and request a mso. they said they have to get it from RPS , then he has to send it to them and they have to turn around and send it to me. we only have 20 days from when you buy the bike to register it or you pay a penalty for each day after. I am well over 20 days
