I wonder if you could buy the CSC in California and ride it (or I guess have it shipped, but trying to save you money) to Yuma for registration? My only concern for you on the used Japanese bikes is what kind of abuse are they hiding; I mean, the one you actually buy (Murphy's Law). As well, what kind of abuse can a Hawk take? Many questions, and it will be fun to answer them!
