Maybe they weighed the bike, and maybe they didn't.
CSC publishes the RX3 weigh figures provide by Zongshen, but the RX3 weighs about 20 pounds more than the specs.
However, the weigh specifications for the CSC TT250 seem about right for a Chinese bike of that design. I'm convinced the Bashan bike has
got to weigh more than 260 pounds.
