True Jay but you can't compare the Japanese product to the China product, especially the "older" China designs which the TT shares a lot of. The TT has scads of same parts on it, including the inverted forks as my '08 X-Moto that I got new in 2011 for 900.00.

Don't get me wrong, I understand that CSC is offering better service and support than a "box store website" and also, that they're going through the hoops to be 50 state legal. We both personally know what that's like living here in CA and what's NOT available to us. The question here is are those two values they offer worth the extra 1000.00+, not including setup cost? On the upside, for the other 40-something states that can license Hawks and TMEC's, it make's those two bikes seem like a smokin' deal.
