Yes, if you remove the bolts you can carefully withdraw the fuel pump from the tank. Do you have a leak coming from the fuel pump gasket? If so, you will definitely need to replace the gasket when you re-install the fuel pump. If it isn't leaking from this area, I wouldn't remove the fuel pump.

You can purchase a new fuel tank from Taobao, in any of the standard colors.
